While this year’s summer seems to be taking a rain check, the fashion industry took the opportunity to focus on the order business at the 10th edition of Supreme Body&Beach Munich on July 23rd through 25th, 2017. The comprehensive portfolio of high-quality lingerie and beachwear collections left nothing to be desired and buyers as well as retailers satisfied. Organizers The Supreme Group by munichfashion.company recorded strong visitor numbers both from the entire German-speaking region.

Mix & match and cool combinations are key trends for SS 2018. Classic lace strengthens its top position, with floral prints and color combinations a close second. Many exhibitors demonstrated how lingerie and swimwear can be mixed with dresses, accessories, and shoes to create striking looks and perfect presentations.

The twice-daily fashion show on the second floor of event venue MTC offered even more proof of the power of combination.  Among the labels presenting their collections at the show were Strellson, Nina von C., Hanro, Marc O‘Polo, Pain de Sucre, Prelude, RED POINT, Marc & André, Fürstenberg, and Escora Highlights.

Supreme Body&Beach project leader Oliver Kabuschat is highly satisfied with the event: “We’ve received very positive feedback from our exhibitors. Buyers' interest in truly new trends and inspiration is back. This is a great development for us because Supreme Body&Beach provides creative momentum while also serving as business-oriented order platform.”

The traditional get together at Bachmaier Hofbräu on Monday, July 24th provided exhibitors, media representatives, and friends of The Supreme Group with a welcome opportunity to relax and have fun. Good conversations, hearty Bavarian treats and the unique Munich atmosphere made for a wonderful evening.

This year’s winter edition of Supreme Body&Beach is scheduled for February 25th through 27th, 2018 at MTC World of Fashion, House 1 in Munich.
